  • What if I already have a gym membership elsewhere?
    Please contact us directly, providing proof of your gym membership, to recieve a special discount code for use at checkout.
  • Can I cancel at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel anytime. Simply contact us and your membership will be terminated immediately.
  • Is this suitable for beginners?
    All abilities are catered for. The classes utilize work and rest periods (you train for time and not reps), meaning you can train to your current ability, with beginners having the option to take frequent breaks and jump back in when able. As your fitness and strength improve, you will be able to push harder, rest less frequently and add resistance to the movements.
  • Do I need any equipment?
    No, the HIIT workouts are programmed using body weight exercises, with the option to introduce weights and bands. Your coach will provide real time feedback during the live class, instructing you through any necessary adaptations to advance or regress exercises. You can expect your strength and fitness to improve quickly, so it is worth considering investing in some bands and weight, such as those available through the lean quick shop. It is advisable to have an exercise mat, water, a pillow/cushion and a step, ledge or Ottoman close at hand.
  • What is a Live Workout?
    Live streams are an opportunity to workout in real time in a small virtual class and receive live feedback and coaching from your trainers. The workouts are prerecorded and played live over ZOOM, allowing for more accurate coaching. During a live stream you can chat and engage with your trainer and the community (or not if that is your preference).
  • What if I can’t attend a live stream?
    The live workout classes are recorded and uploaded to the private Lean Quick Training Instagram account, allowing you to train at your own convenience, on your schedule, anytime and anywhere!
  • What is the Class Schedule?
    Example Class Times: (SUBJECT TO CHANGE: updated every Sunday in the private group) Toronto (EST for GMT +5 hours ): Tues: 07.00 AM – 07.30 AM 12.00 PM – 12.30 PM Thurs: 07.00 AM – 07.30 AM 12.00 PM – 12.30 PM Sat: 9.00 AM – 9.30 AM Remember. if you cannot make a class, all workouts are recorded and uploaded to the private group, available to you immediately after recording. You workout on your time and your schedule. Minimum of 5 LIVE Classes per week.
  • What is the joining process?
    Click the 'Sign Up' button to be taken to checkout and purchase your class pass. Use the 'Log In' button at the top right of the screen to log in using your email, Google or Facebook account. Once your payment has been received your membership login details will be approved (up to 24 hours). You can now login to the members portal to book a class at your preferred time and date. You will receive an email with a link to the class, as well as the login details.
