LeanQuick cardiovascular workouts combine super sets of Full Body Functional movements, intersperse with descending then ascending core exercises. Throw in some air skipping or shadow boxing and you’ve got a fast-paced dynamic workout that will have you burning excess lbs as quickly as possible.

The recovery series of sessions focus on an often-neglected aspect of training, mobility and flexibility. Progress is a function of recovery. These low-intensity sessions will help you sidestep injuries, recover quickly, and push harder in your next training session.
