Cherry Boost


Ingredients:

  • Cherries, sour, red, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed (155 g)

  • Water, 2 cup (480 g)

  • Erythritol natural sweetener, 2.5 tbsp (38 g)

  • Spearmint, fresh, 0.5 Cup (64 g)

Method:


Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until combined


Notes:

  • Cherries can be substituted for cranberries or blueberries

  • Useful after exercise to reduce delayed onset muscle soreness

  • Melatonin naturally present in sour or tart cherries may promote sleep by elevating serum melatonin levels
