Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

 

Firstly, if you have the need to consider a refund, you likely purchased a product from us, which means we owe you a big thank you! Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy and healthy Lean Quick customers.

 

As such we promise to do our absolute best to delivery an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. With that said, here are some extra details you may wish to know..

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your Lean Quick Class subscription at any time! You can do this by emailing us at leanquickorg@gmail.com.

  • All subscriptions are non-refundable.

For Private Personal Training Sessions:

​

  • Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.

  • Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.

  • The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 90 days from the date of payment. Personal training sessions falling outside of the time period are void.

  • No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness and unused sessions.

For Nutrition Programs:

  • No refunds will be issued without submission of waist and weight metrics at day 0 and day 14 of the program.

  • No refunds will be issued without photographic evidence of weekly meal preparation and recipes utilized.
